Kawi Cares is the Community Assistance division of Chris Kawasaki Real Estate Services dedicated to helping the communities where we work, play, and live.  We believe in giving back to the community and non-profit charities are a big part of all communities.  Your non-profit charity can refer home buyers or sellers to Chris Kawasaki Real Estate Services and we will donate a portion of our proceeds from the sale to your charity.  

 

The Program:

Your nonprofit charity can partner with CKRES to raise money for your charity every time a donor or supporter buys or sells a home.  When your nonprofit refers someone to buy or sell a home through the Kawi Cares Charitable Giving Program, we will donate 10% of our commission* to your charity.  This is a no-cost fundraising program for you and your donor client, and we do not raise our prices or fees.

 

How the program works:

1) Refer a donor or supporter to CKRES

2) Your referral signs a home buying or selling agreement with CKRES, and agrees to donate the agreed upon portion of our commission to your charity.

3) We will work with your referral to sell or purchase their home

4)  Once escrow closes on their home, your nonprofit charity will receive a check for 10% of our net commission from the sale.

 

To Participate in this FREE program your referral donor will sign a Listing Contract (for sellers) or Buyer Agreement (for buyers) with us and agree to have us send 10% to your charity. Its that simple!!!

 

How to promote the program to your donors and supporters…

· Make use of Social Media to let them know that you have partnered with CKRES

· Handout flyers or post signs at your events

· Mention the partnership in emails and newsletters that are sent out

· And so much more
